We execute ERP engagements through a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, designed to strengthen our clients' business capabilities through a structured process built for long-term sustainability. We begin by drafting a clear mission charter, then move into execution — covering the strategic aspect, the operational aspect, and enterprise integration. From there, we define the organizational structure and align roles and responsibilities across the business. The operating model is then built out across finance and administration, planning, build, run, and organizational change.
Once the operating model is in place, we build the engagement model — covering service offerings, the service catalog, and reporting. The final steps are integrating and enabling support tooling, and defining and enabling the staffing plan. The result is full sustainability.
